Profile of enclosure for 25mm panel, Anodized

A new type of our Wave circuit profile, which we use on our "BS5" extension. The profile has the advantage of an anchor strip where openings can be milled for AirLine eyes and straps. Another great advantage of this profile is the attachment of the crossbar to the profile without the auxiliary "L" profile.

Material Cutting

Original profile lengths (e.g., 5 meters) with multiples of this length can be ordered. If the original profile length does not suit you, you can specify the desired dimension for cutting. The price of the profile will be adjusted based on the material used and the complexity of the cutting itself. You will receive information about any price changes from our sales representative when your order is summarized. Shipping material over 6 meters Through transport companies, it is not possible to ensure the transportation of profiles longer than 6 meters. Profiles over 6 meters in original lengths can be picked up at our store.

Anodizing

Anodizing, also known as anodization, is a type of chemical-thermal surface treatment for aluminum products. It involves creating a protective layer of aluminum oxide on the treated surface. This layer no longer oxidizes and thus protects the aluminum itself from oxidation. Anodizing also increases the mechanical abrasion resistance of the surface layer.
