Hybrid

In the hybrid boxes, the automated production system for Evolution boxes is combined with the manual production of Value lids. The box from the Hybrid variant offers the option of selecting materials from steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

 

The thickness of the material for this variant ranges from 0.9 to 1.1 mm, depending on the material used. The greatest advantage of Hybrid boxes is their low weight, thanks to the material used and robotic production.

 

The Hybrid box variant does not feature a Plug & Play system. (quick installation on consoles using special brackets) The body of the box is manufactured automatically and welded with a laser under the corners. The lid of the crate is manufactured and welded by hand. For this variant, stainless steel and plastic locks are available. For this range of Hybrid, it is possible to add ventilation against moisture into the box, gas struts, shelves.

 

At the customer's request, this variant offers the possibility of installing a drawer and creating a box according to alternative dimensions.
